This site was started by a jaded former employee. Im sure if most of you knew their story you would un flow this group. I am also a former employee but stand behind Joyce the current CEO as the best one Ive seen SVH have in the 10 years Ive lived here. She is trying to make change and we need to support her while she does it. She has the communitys best interest in mind. She of all the CEOs in the last 10 ys actually resides in Lake County. Instead of naysaying, lets be supportive and allow Joyce to do her job. Ive seen firsthand what she is capable of. She is making small changes that will lead to bigger ones. As for the hospital taking employees $$ for a new van, do your research. The employees were asked if they wanted to give a certain amount of their checks to improve the hospital. It was voluntary and the people that actually care about SVH and its success donate a small percentage of their checks willingly and unselfishly. Please before you people buy into this slander, do your own research.
