This song has been on repeat since I got in from work and I feel a lil inspired to share... I feel great about this new year! Great things to come!!! Stepping out on a whole new level of things... from a place of just believing in certain things but now knowing for certain what is TRUTH!!! No longer being clouded by misjudgment or past situations and circumstances... for LOVE is how we are here... did you ever notice that we end each year with LOVE on the agenda and start it with LOVE and being in love on the Agenda by the second month... It is love that washes us anew through deaths, burdens, setbacks, heartbreaks for love also heals... Today I can say I know love in all its many forms and am continuing to get to know it more. Theres good and bad within everything but the challenge is to acheive balance. A quick story... I met a young lady some years ago back in 02. We worked together at TGIFriday. From the moment we met I loved her instantly and if u ever got a chance to meet her u would too... 😊 Anytime anything went down I was right there... if it was my last $3 we gonna find a way to eat off these $3... what u got put out Im on my way...; Thats just how it was. She asked me one day why are u so nice to me and at that moment I really didnt have an answer. She has such a big heart but so much anger back then... (Time heals all things) Today Afeefah Taalibdin I can say it was just simply Love. And who knew that this time last year when I had absolutely not a dime and didnt know how rent would get paid that you would hold me down some 12 years later. You believed in me and the direction I was heading when I was really doubting self because at the time I couldnt see the light of day! But rest assured that the smoke has cleared and I have a clear vision! And I no longer BELIEVE I am headed in the right direction but I KNOW that I am!! #HeadedInTheRightDirection HAPPY NEW YEAR FB!
