This song has extra special meaning to me (and Im sure to most of my family). Daddy would sing his version of this to us all the time. It was almost like a lullaby. Today marks the 7th year since hes been gone. Its so hard to believe because at times it seems like yesterday that he was here with us. Yet, in other ways, I miss him so terribly! The pain of losing him is always right under the surface but you just learn to adapt and not go there. Im so grateful that God chose that man to be my Daddy- I adored him. Treasure your loved ones because there are no guarantees about tomorrow. (Young or old, sick or healthy) Take photos & label them because they will become one of your greatest possessions. Live well, love much and pray even harder..Because in the end, that is all that matters. RIP Sweet Daddy
