This song was perhaps the best and most haunting song ever to come out of Ireland. It also just so happens to be perhaps my favorite song in the world. This song is about the IRA and the fighting in Northern Ireland, which is a different country the Ireland even though they are on the same continent. I remember growing up going to Ireland every year of my life until I was about 22, my mom would never let my go to the North because of the fighting.
