This speaks volumes and expresses my very thoughts and feelings about young black boys in this country! I worry for mt daughter, but I am even more afraid to ever have a son. I literally tremble at the thought od how I could raise a young man in a world that will treat him so unfair abd unkind. With all that is going on, its saddens me that at one time I was told by someone I considered a mentor that racism is no longer a problem and that young black men are not treated differently then others. But the reality is, they have to live by different rules and need different skill sets and without those skill sets they could very well take their last breathe by the hands of those who are charged with the duty of protecting them!
