This statement is being made for the record to all members of this IASCA Facebook page, to put an end to the childish rants of some who think its funny to create drama and controversy at the expense of others... What every person (who thinks its funny to create drama and play keyboard commando on our page) fails to see is how its perceived by others who havent yet competed but are thinking of it and have come to our page to see whats involved in competing. If you were a new person joining our page, thinking about getting into competing, and saw the dissension, name calling, arguments, backstabbing, drama and absolute stupidity that goes on during any given day it seems, would you want to start competing? You all know the answer is no. Another thing you dont realize is how it affects not only our org, but every orgs forum you do that on... were trying to promote our sport and help it grow, but every time someone makes a snide comment about another competitor, competition, the rules or the org itself, they only destroy what were trying to build... in my eyes, that is extremely selfish and the sign of an immature person who has little to no self esteem, and thinks that by taking those actions makes them out to be a hero or the cool person... truly pitiful. Think about the manufacturers who are trying to sell their products and are considering supporting an organization to gain more exposure... if you were a manufacturer and came to the IASCA page to see whats going on, would you want to support an industry org with all that happens on the page? Its a rhetorical question... you all know the answer would be no. To every individual who doesnt have the guts to be mature enough to privately ask a question about these items directly to us, and would rather ridicule any org publicly instead to create controversy, get off of our page and find yourself someone else to be disrespectful to... I have personally had enough of the soap opera type of drama created by some who think its funny. If you have a valid question and are willing to ask it in a mature fashion, whether publicly or privately, we welcome it. Those who choose to degrade others by asking it in an immature manner, pointing fingers at and insulting others, and those who choose to respond sarcastically to any questions posed on our pages... go away, we dont need, nor want you here... you are a waste of time and efforts put out by those who truly want to make a difference and you dont deserve to be here in the first place. I have personally dedicated more than 15 years of my life now to this organization and am tired of those who choose to make themselves be heard by standing on the backs of others... you will NOT ruin all that I, and many others, have been working so hard to build. From this point forward, any sarcastic comment, picture, negativity, lack of respect for this org, any other org and/or any of its members will be dealt with by IMMEDIATE ban from the page with no recourse. If you are a paid member and you do this, you will also lose your membership without recourse and any invitation to compete at INAC, whether you have enough qualifying points or are in by any other means. If you cannot show us or this page any respect, you dont deserve any in return, that is final. From this point forward, this will be the rule for this and all IASCA pages. Additionally, every time a person gets banned, we will add their name to this post so everyone knows what type of person you truly are. You may be great people in the lanes when youre face to face with others, but your online conduct says more about who you really are...
