This story is insane! The officer was way out of line. But the bigger story is why are we paying officers (multiple officers) to stand guard at a prison that has no inmate population. The prison sits at the base of a historical facility which you cant get to unless you drive by the abandoned prison. Anybody can drive by and take a picture. Even when the news crew said they would stop filming by the prison itself they said no. This officer should be fired and the state should be made to explain why taxpayer money is being spent to pay for guards at a prison that has no inmates. What are they guarded? Each other???? What the heck!
