This story she tells, this sentiment she has, I believe is shared by many people. Many, myself included, have never felt part of the big social scene of important people. We felt skipped over by the other people who prior governors of the past two decades made more important... because they were louder, or were on the news more, or had more money, or came from big and influential families. It really is something that the Maga Lahi who is criticized because his last name is Calvo and his family is successful, is the ONLY Maga Lahi since Gov. Joe Ada who made us feel that we are important, too, and that no one is better than anyone else. I appreciate this more than anyone could understand. Confidence is my Achilles Heel.
