This stunning panoramic print shows the amazing iron framework of Whiteford Point lighthouse on the northern tip of Gower. This is one of my favourite places to visit anywhere as its one of those places where tranquility and nature come together as one. Its vast expanse and space and combined with its incredible isolation make it a place to get away from it all and on the day I took these images was as bleak and desolate and any that Wales notorious weather can produce. Yet even through the cold I managed to capture one of Britains truly fantastic locations at its most dynamic and dramatic, with the rays of light streaming through the thickness of the clouds in the distance. The image was again made up of about 13 separate images and spliced together to capture a truly memorable panoramic snapshot of this incredible structure and very much enjoyed putting this final image together. There will in future be a sunset version of this to come so look out for further updates on this.
