This sums up what were up against. This best illustrates the war in the information battlespace. Who is the Huffington Post shilling for -- the Islamic State? Clearly, theyd like to see my severed head on a pole. Look at this report. Where is the coverage of the Yazidi speaker? The Kurd leader? The Hindu activist? Thousands are being slaughtered, and this troll is making fun of the international human rights hero, Simon Deng, a former Sudanese slave? And I love how they put minorities persecuted under Islamic rule in quotation marks, as if I made up the fact that there are religious minorities in Muslim countries, and that theyre being violently persecuted. Shame on them. The whole point of the Huffington Post covering this rally was to mock, smear, and destroy anyone associated with this issue. Their article is particularly targeting young people. What young person would want to be associated with this kind of coverage? It included nothing about the testimony from these unsung heroes. Speakers included: Haider Elias is a Yazidi activist and a former U.S. army translator. During the recent Yazidi crisis he has been part of a delegation that has been working closely with the State Department to manage this crisis. Arish Sahani is a human rights activist who serves as Senior Vice President of the Indian American Intellectuals Forum. Simon Deng is a human rights activist from Sudan who was enslaved as a child by Islamic supremacists. He fought for years for the independence of his Christian homeland of South Sudan from the Muslim north, while the north waged jihad against Christians. Ashraf Ramelah is the founder and president of Voice of the Copts, a human rights organization with offices in Italy and the U.S., dedicated to the defense of the persecuted Christians of Egypt. Bhupinder Singh Bhurji is the Chairman and CEO of Namdhari Sikh Foundation and a Sikh priest. Salar Motidi is a spokesman for of the Kurds in America. Mordechai Kedar is an Israeli scholar of Arabic literature and a lecturer at Bar-Ilan University. He served for twenty-five years in IDF Military Intelligence, specializing in Islamic groups, the political discourse of Arab countries, and the Arabic mass media. Dov Hikind has served in the New York State Assembly since 1982, representing the 48th Assembly District (Borough Park, Dyker Heights, sections of Flatbush, and beyond), battling against discrimination and anti-Semitism, and standing for human rights.
