This testimony is from my spiritual son Elder Demetrus Brooks that he wrote on his page concerning his health and being in the No Shame Zone! I watched my spiritual father APOSTLE LEE HARRIS go from 330 pounds to 238 since January to now. By the power of fasting and prayer. He looks great!!!! Feels better than ever. When u put everything that holds u back out in the open. He calls it the no shame zone. Im in it right now. My weight has crippled me in so many areas of my life. Depression and bad health to start. No longer will I be a prisoner in my body. No longer will food keep me captive. Im on serval types of meds all because of food. Ive changed my diet. Since Saturday I went from 331 on Friday till Tuesday just weighed in 318. GOD is on my side. I have been eating carrots,cucumbers,tomatoes,bananas and apples. And rich crackers when needed water and juice. Pray for me on my journey or join me! Get into your no shame zone put the devil on notice. U deserve good health. Long life.
