This time last year I was stressing out about meeting deadlines, having money for closing & packing boxes. Today, I am grateful, thankful & beyond blessed to be able to say I have successfully owned my home for one year. But, the government has decided that living by water should be a penalty. Therefore seeing an increase in my bills. I work long hours & lots of over time. If I have made it one year, I think I can do another. Just wish the government would stop penalizing those who actually try to make something of themselves. Its almost like they want us to be lazy. Ill never slow down.
