This time last year i was on my way to Pennsylvania with no knowledge of what was in my path. This past year may have the most difficult and terrifying of my life but it was the best decision i have ever made. The people in my life today are my family. My rock. They keep me grounded and focused when I want to run away and destroy everything in my path. I am not a slave to my fears and anxieties today. I can get up and go to work without Having to put a drink drug or any chemical in my body. I sleep through the night! I have real feelings today even if I dont always want then and even if they kind of scare me. I am overwhelmed with gratitude i just want everyone to know who is in my life today and who has stood by me from the beginning that I love you all and thank you for loving me because I didnt think anyone was capable of loving the monster i believed I was
