This to me would be an example of entrapment. The passenger did - TopicsExpress

This to me would be an example of entrapment. The passenger did every thing the policeman ordered him to do, and was punished for it. With poor Instructions the policeman wanted to see his license, as if to not consider that his license may be in his car, then demands that he get out of the car, (Maybe freeze dont move would have been a better command.) Because upon retreating from the car the way the cop ordered him to after going to present his license the way the cop ordered him to he was shot for his compliance. Is this racist? Absolutely not. This is a cop whos irresponsibility could have cost someone his life. He was negligent in the competence of his commands, and shot someone complying with his incompetence. I reckon he should be discharged faster than his weapon was, charged with negligence, and attempted manslaughter. Oh, and since this was by a gas station, well you know? Law enforcement is tough. Not sure I could do it. Im too clumsy.
