This truck was sitting out infront of my house on 660 west this afternoon, and after I had watched him and taken quite a few photos he pulled up rolled down his window and asked if I was taping him, I said no but I am taking pictures of a man in a truck that has never been seen in this area. He assured me that he was waiting on 3 other men as they do the bidding on the asphalt as well as some concrete work. He is a dark skinned man with a southern accent. After he spoke to me he drive off, I didnt see s license plate but sometime else in the area said he had Oregon plates. LETS KEEP OUR EYES OPEN. PROTECT OUR CHILDREN!!!!!
