This trucker thing has me now. A large number of these truckers are running their mouths about how the President is the problem here. So they are going to use the road system to jam traffic to make their point. However - when the Truckers are stating that they are going to arrest Congresspeople - that crossing the peaceably assembling part of the First Amendment. That is aggressive - and I wonder terroristic. Even then - this is different from speech because the roads are for all of us to use. If you get caught in the traffic generated by these truckers you are now unwittingly a part of their protest group. You have a right to use the roads - but these people are infringing on your rights by misrepresenting who you are (news reports will state that you are a driver with sympathy for the truckers). If you are caught in this traffic and slow down to 25. The Truckers will be really blamed for snarling traffic. Is this a net win or loss for the truckers?
