This truly great man, Mark McAfee, is providing a great service to humanity by being the largest producer of organic raw milk in the world. I salute him and all other providers of this wonderful product, most especially my own suppliers, whom I appreciate more than they will ever know. Pasteurization is a failed attempt to make milk produced under filthy, unsanitary conditions on large corporate dairy farms drinkable. It only succeeds in making this undrinkable milk, which was inferior and unacceptable in the first place, even worse and even less nutritious. Ill do whatever it takes and drive as many miles as it takes to obtain my milk in a raw and natural state from small farms where the milk is properly produced in a clean and natural manner, for example where the cows are grass fed, are free to roam in the pasture, and are not confined and fed only grain. One of the most remarkable, and one could even say miraculous, things about raw milk is that it is still good to drink even when it sours. Mine is three weeks old now and has been kept very cold in the refrigerator. It is not the slightest bit sour, but even when it does slightly sour and is almost like yogurt, it is still very, very good, and it makes excellent milkshakes.
