This unfortunately is so so true. We talk about equality so much yet we are not equal. Morgan Freeman says he doesnt want black history month because we will never move forward that way. The longer we continue to hold onto the past the longer equality will be nothing but an ignorant slur. Men are not always stronger than woman. Even if they were what would it matter? Can a woman not psychologically be stronger than her partner and verbally abuse him? Not to mention physicall abuse. It also saddens me that most men that are in relationships and get abused probably feel little and not manly too scared to open up because of the social construction we follow. When will we open our eyes to the obvious.
