This upcoming year will bring many new and exciting opportunities and experiences to Mulberry School, its students, and its families. Through a collaborative recruitment process involving the Board of Directors, staff, and parents, we are excited to announce we have hired a new Academic Director for Mulberry School! Carol Weisheit has come aboard to assume director responsibilities. Carol brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and passion for teaching young children. She most recently served as the acting director of the ISU Childcare Center. Carol is the president-elect of the Illinois-chapter of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), and a highly-regarded practitioner in the early childhood field in Illinois and beyond. The Mulberry community is thrilled to welcome Carol to Mulberry School.
