This video contains pretty much everything I hate about law enforcement. Its got the obvious unconstitutional, Nazi style check point. Its got a belligerent officer that seems to be pissed off because the kid knows his constitutional rights. Its got a trained animal scratching the hell out of the paint on the kids car and damaging it.... while helping to give the officers a flimsy excuse to take the violations even farther, ie... by wiping their bloated asses with the boys 4th Amendment. The officers attitude in and of itself is uncalled for. He apparently thinks that WE,,, serve HIM? But Hey!..... why single THIS officer out? EVERY one of them were taking part. Not ONE questioned the situation or asked: Are we upholding our oaths right now? Not one. Nope. Put out a drag net,,, stop every vehicle and THEN look for probable cause. Notice the fear and silence when the officers discovered that they were being filmed. Uhhh...... SHAME. The Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution provides, The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon [probable cause] supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
