This video is from a trip taken to Momostenango for nutrition instruction. (The greenhouse was built by another one of our teams about 3 weeks prior to this video.) We taught the people about the nutritional value of the vegetables being grown in the greenhouse, which would ultimately be raised in their individual family gardens. The vegetable plugs were distributed about 60 days after the seeds were placed in the trays (In this video the seeds are sprouting)
