This video is so personal to me because I suffer from Trichotillomania just like she does. Trich is classified as an ICD(impulsive control disorder) or OCD(obsessive compulsive disorder) where the person pulls out their hair whether it is scalp, eyebrows, eyelashes, pubic, or facial hair. For me, Trich causes me to pull my eyelashes out. Sometimes, I dont even realize Im doing it until it is too late. There are times where I am forced to wear eyeliner every day for weeks until my lashes grow back and people cant tell the difference since I wear eyeliner a lot any way. Trichotillomania & Dermotillomania(the picking of skin) are very common disorders and this girl is so brave for sharing her story. I think it is time I too start sharing my struggle with Trich so that other people who are going through the same thing wont feel so alone.
