This video is trying to show the street harassment that a woman can get on the streets of New York, and attempts to blame all men for it. It is clearly seen that the vast majority of the cat-callers are (low income looking) minorities. I saw only 1, max 2, people of light complexion showing attention to her. And I dont think this organisation is in any way inclined against any specific sub-culture or race.
