This was Saturdays Back and Bicep workout. Its about as high volume as gets. 40 working sets for Back. 16 working sets for Bicep. My back is a lagging body part so to say that Im beating the crap out of it is a an understatement. I do this workout twice a week. (I train every body part twice a week) Some of the exercises change depending on the workout day but the volume stays the same. Hopefully you can get some good ideas for exercises from watching it.
