This was The Risque Rythum Team - The Jacking Zone 1986 Aka KAlexi Shelby and if Im not mistaken Larry Haggard (Mr Lee) . I must thank Mr Shelby as he is a major house music hero from those times and had a major influence on the Deep Techy House music of today and still does . The crazy thing is a house version loosely based on The Twilight Zone intro ... Worked so well as a an intro fro my show at that time The Jacking Zone ....which was heard week in week out by 1000s of London Listeners on Lwr Zak LWR Radio . It was so special in those days I really do have to say the way it was . This show was the foundation on which all house music came through and got heard like artists like Marshall Jefferson said I was playing cassettes ...as promos in 85 !! We broke new artists every week and got people like Larry Heard, Robert Owens, Chris Westbrook, (Bam Bam), Byron Stingily, Lawrence Batchelor, Richard West (Mr C), Julian Jonah heard The list goes On and On Jesse Saunders :) . So learn your House history in the UK as nobody was doing it before this show in London and probably the UK . I have just read all the comments on the Youtube post from this so that shows its out there , and the person who posted it gives props to another DJ from Kiss FM (WRONG) . Who I a great respect for BTW . But even he would tell you just like so many of the people who commented where this tune had its play as an intro first .
