This was a damn shame today! Jess went over to the beach in Seaside. Everyone was called out of the water because a dolphin was too close to the shore. The poor dolphin was washed up on shore by the waves. According to the lifeguards and cops there, no one was allowed to help this poor dolphin, they told the people it was against the law to touch them. I lost count of how many dolphins washed up on shore this week. This poor thing lay on that beach for almost an hour before it died! Talk about cruelty! Does anyone of you out there in facebook land know of a reason why no one was allowed to help this dolphin?!? I think it really sucks!
