This was an argument Kreed and I had last week. In the past this would have been hours of self injury. Now its his words and only a few attempts here and there. All because he is reinforced for using his words and because he CAN use words to communicate rather than just accepting what I say. We cooperate instead of force compliance. He has a voice and I acknowledge that and want it to be heard! He has come a long way in three years with a device and the most progress with his current one- the Dynavox t10 with Compass.
