This was done over two days. There was a thunderstorm after day 1 and one stem of lilies broke and the red day lily closed up as usual. The photo was taken of the garden after the painting was finished. I am not going to manage a painting a day for this month, but hopefully will get at least 15-20. Still have a few waiting finishing touches in studio, lol! It has been very hot with thunderstorms most afternoons .... but I do love the after storm earthy smell!
