This was in response to someone elses post, thought I would share here too. I have learned that any type of finger pointing or negative energy wont solve the problem. Contrast exists solely to help us hone our preferences and point us in the direction of what we want. All we need to know is what we want - the rest is just heavy energy taking up precious real estate in our heads. Why waste precious real estate? Shaming wont solve the problem either. Guilt doesnt make us our best selves. It just weighs us down. Being our best selves makes us our best selves. Knowing our true power will help us solve the problem. Being pro-active and taking inspired, positive action will help us solve the problem. Finger pointing - whether it is towards others our even ourselves - solves nothing. When we drop into our heart and find what we really want and what inspires us, then we can begin to solve problems at a level different then where they were created.
