This was my Friday night session with Sebastian. This was my 18th session in 12 days. This session included 10 sets dead lifts to strengthen my posterior chain as I have a very weak lower back. Chest press and then ending the session with shoulder press and one arm rows. I have to be careful with my shoulder presses also as I have naturally hyper extended elbows. All my training with Sebastian has been about around building a great foundation. Proper technique gets proper muscle development. Excited to see what the next 6 weeks brings, lots of strength PBs and the best package I can get to the wbff worlds. He is on Instagram as @australianstrengthcoach and has an impressive portfolio
