This was my horrible Experience at one of your Memphis Locations. Im sure you YOURSELF would not want to eat at this location! I emailed the franchise owner as you can see below, which I am sure NOTHING will be done! This video shows the FILTHY CONDITIONS at your restaurant. Along with your RUDE employee that waited on us! I am sending this video to the health department and to any other place I feel will let people know what they are in store for by visiting your sickening restaurant! If I were you I would close down and clean your roach filled restaurant and retrain your rude employees before serving one more un expecting customer, who is now PAYING YOU to have roaches crawling on them while they eat, and sharing their meal with your ROACHES! This is NOT the business you should be in! MY ORIGINAL EMAIL TO IHOP Well my husband and I were in your IHOP in Memphis there were only 2 tables of white people us being one of them and we noticed the white people had NO WATER given to them and us. It was very noticeable that the white people waited much longer getting a server to their table, all the other tables which were black people were waited on quickly and the servers were very friendly to them talking up a storm, we felt like outcasts! Then as we were finishing our breakfast, a roach crawled across OUR TABLE, I took out my iPad and shot a video of it crawling on our table! WE WERE SICKENED! We both felt extremely sick to our stomachs as we have never seen a roach ever in any other restaurant we have ever been in, as my husband was driving us back to our hotel, he had to pull over and lost his breakfast! I would like to send you the video of the roach on our table, but I need your email address as I have it in my iPad and thats the only way for me to send it. I am from Missouri and where we live the color of your skin doesnt matter one bit, If you are a customer you are treated with respect, you need to send someone there without them knowing your there to observe. but I have no clue how you can justify a roach on a table at any IHOP in any state! It really spoiled our vacation for the whole Elvis experience.
