This was posted recently. (well I just saw this anyway) Before people get too excited...its a red and green light. In aviation they mean: All aircraft have standard light for recognition and collision avoidance. The red and green lights you see are to show the left (Red) and right (Green) side of the aircraft. A small white light is aslo seen on the rear of the aircraft. With factors like differing speeds and sizes it can be difficult to know whether and aircraft is moving way or towards you at night. The red flashing light is a rotating beacon aiding visability. Most modern aircraft also have strobe or flashing lights for better visability as well. Its all about seeing and being seen. Thats why I am not so keen on posting just any video for the sake of entertainment. So does all the UFOs throughout the Universe follow the same code of red and green lights to avoid collision?
