This was posted to Old Stirling a Facebook group dedicated to historical pictures related to Stirling in Central Scotland. The photographer is John McLaren and he managed to capture G-BOAE (now in Barbados) as it flew over Stirling Castle. I myself saw Conorde that day, the only time I saw her in the air o this was nice to see a photo from that very day. Enjoy. The text below was added by John. CONCORDE - Im seldom actually in the Kings Knot/Cup & Saucer and yet one day in October 2003 something drew me in there with my camera. Suddenly Concorde, on its final flight was there in the sky right over the castle and my fingers were suddenly all thumbs trying to fire up the camera and take a few snaps including this one which later appeared on the front page of the Observer. That resutled in contact with Concordes Captain on that day, Captain Baillie of Bridge of Allan, who later signed 2 copies of that photo, one for me and one for a wee disabled boy somewhere who was mad keen on Concorde. That was my one and only sight of Concorde
