This was second monthly meeting with VC and we had a fruitful discussion regarding pending demands which are mentioned below; 1. Name of the Non-Teaching association will be changed in the record of the Registrar, Society Act. 2. Article 9 (f) should be abolished to promote Autonomous status of the University, NTEA should be a part of EC, FC- Demand is raised at the Federation Level, Universities Federation met with CM Khattar last week and matter will be discussed by the expert and in next meeting, issue will be resolved on priority basis. 3. Non-Teaching Employees will also be allowed to fight election as teachers -----Referred to EC 4. Old direct appointed clerks and promotee from Class-IV need not to give computer type test however they would require to know the basic functioning of the computer which would enable them to atleast type letters etc.------agreed 5. Senior Head Mali should be promoted to the post of Supervisor by adding experience of Mali and Head Mali in Horticulture Department.------- agreed 6. 100 % promotion of employees working in Engineering Cell------Agreed 7. Promotion should be made against Vacant post like foreman, machine operator, plate maker and junior binder in press......agreed 8. Inspection by independent agency for the work rendered by NYSA---strong objection raised, very soon correction software to be prepared SAP so that dependency on NYSA may be limited. 9. Interim relief rs 2000 to campus school teacher----agreed 10. Overtime to faculty house employees on the basis of library and Press------agreed 11. Shed in community center for non teaching employees----agreed 12. Non teaching employees could utilize Faculty Club till Non Teaching Club is developed........agreed 13. Proper posting of staff......agreed 14. Date of Hindi Type Test-------by the end of January or first week of Feb......agreed 15. 36 TYPE-1 quarter......tender filled up...approved ......soon construction will be started in front of TYPE-2 and Old Type-1 houses..... 16. 100 new type-1 quarter to be included in coming budget...........provisonally approved...... 17. Parking shed in administrative block and examination wing........approved 18. Maintain enquiry in administrative block and examination wing......agreed and implementation will be monitored. 19. Develop park in type-2 quarters......agreed 20. Extra toilet and bathroom in type-2 ....agreed 21. Extend Boundry in type-1, type-1A, type-2 to park vehicle........estimate requested and agreed. 22. Include Holy Heart Hospital in approved hospital list......justifiacation reqeusted and agreed. 23. Warm suit, sweater, shawl to lady attendent in girls hostel...............agreed. 24. Promotion policy for UCC................examine and policy to be drafted.....agreed. 25. Additional increment on qualification acquired after joining in University................explanation already sought from govt. in this regard and reminder to be send again.....agreed 26. transfer after 3 year within University to be implemented..........agreed. now, above mentioned pointed to be tracked rigorously in which everyones help is imperative...thanks.
