This was sent to me by a fb friend. My comment was simple, Thats the reason that Indiana is not in the red! This brought this to my mind. Watching a court case on television this man had fathered 6 children and not married to any of the mothers. When asked how many children he supported - he said the last two he had. He had no job so he was asked how do you pay this child support. All he could say was, I come up with it. The women who was breaking away said, From the woman he currently is with. Without hurting the child, how can we remedy this situation?
