This was the hardest video for me to film in my life (youtu.be/btpcpOJ4KM0). Its not easy to always be open online, but I do it, and the result of being open about my Cancer has changed a lot of peoples lives for the better. I know this because of the countless letters and emails that I have gotten. And it gives me chills to read some of these letters and it also literally brings a tear to my eye as well. I dont want to say I am happy to have gotten cancer because that would be a lie, but I am happy that there something very positive has come of it. What Ive learned over the years, is that often enough you CAN take something negative and make something positive out of it, but its not always easy to do that. In fact, most of the time it ISNT easy to do that. But I urge everyone out there to try doing that next time when something negative comes up and see if anything positive can come out of that situation. Dealing with Testicular Cancer has not been easy. Getting back into the gym has been a struggle, dealing with fatigue and other symptoms as well, but Im doing it, and so are a lot of other people on this planet.
