This was the time when police was still a PROFESSION, when moral, standards, guidance, self-reflection and professional judgement still exist. Sadly, this is no more the case. It is no more when the very man and woman, who vow to protect fellow citizens, give up the above standards and their pride and trust which has built up over the past decades. To be honest, I dont think they are even doing their JOB. As a policeman or policewoman, you are bounded to exercise what is best for the ppl. Well, unless their are MERCENARIES who torture for money. This is dirty. This is evil. I regretted what I have told my friends in UK. Hong Kong is not safe, not at this moment. But please, my friends, be patient. The PEOPLE is trying their best to fix this, even if they have to suffer, even they have to sacrifice. We fix problem. We deliver efficiently. Thats Hong Kong spirit Thats people of Hong Kong. Being physically miles away, I feel helpless. All I could do is to write to spread the words not only to fellow citizens, but to the world, to ppl who once lived in HK, who have visited HK, who will come to HK, who has friends in HK........ My sincere support goes to all those brave souls who defend our future.
