This was too cute so I had to share Airbnb and Dutch airline KLM kicked-off a new partnership in December in the coolest way possible, by creating an aircraft apartment at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport. A recently retired McDonnell Douglas MD-11 was converted into a pop-up apartment complete with beds, a home cinema, former seats as lounges, a kids play area, galleys as kitchens and an outdoor terrace behind the wings.
