This week, I got to hear all about The Honest Food Company - vision, values, and philosophies - from the beauty and brains behind it, the lovely Belinda Tuki herself. What an amazing woman and an amazing company! Belindas got a vision for the company that involves putting down some roots and opening their very own gluten free raw kitchen. The space will double as a workshop space and somewhere for like-minded people to connect...not to mention allow her to provide bridging jobs for single mamas getting back into the workforce - the true purpose of the company.
