This week I have committed to following the Insanity Max30 modifier for a few reasons. My knees need a break. Ugh...hate feeling my years but all the more reason to stick with a fitness program so I am not REALLY feeling my age in 20 years. I want my challengers to see that even with low impact exercise and proper nutrition, you WILL see results!! So aside from showing my move of the day, this week will be low impact for me. Today #IMaxedOut at 16:56, mainly because I was an uncoordinated mess...ahem like my wardrobe ;) , so I thought it best to take a break and go even slower so that I could at least master the move in slow motion. Dont be fooled my friends, modified still had me sweating. I cant wait to hear what my challengers think of it when they start next week. Now to get back into clean eating. There were many, many sweets consumed and I can tell I had too much. Heres to less vino & sweets and more lean meats & green veggies. What tips do you have for getting back on the #cleaneats wagon? Would love to hear them!! As for this move, the 4 jab 4 high knees, add it to your workout. Do three sets, 45-60 seconds each set
