This week, Im going to post my workouts from start to finish. Ive never actually written one out in its entirety, so I thought it might be interesting. Warm Up: Giant set of: -Reverse Hyper x 15 -Standing Abs w/Average Band x 10 -Glute Ham Raise x 5 Deadlift x 5 For each round of reps I did a set of warm up dead lifts with a pause and shrug at the top of each one. I did three rounds total, so 135 x 5, 225 x 5, 315 x 5. No belt, all double overhand. I threw in a bunch of foam rolling and mobility. My left hamstring and ass cheek are a bit sore from moving furniture yesterday. Work sets: Deadlift: 355 x 5 380 x 5 405 x 5 No belt on any sets. Assistance: 1) Super Wide Bear Hug Sandbag Squats: 3 x 5. I am terrible with the sandbag and with wide squats so... time to get strong! 2) Grip & Conditioning: a whole bunch of duck walks with the sand bag, plus clamp squeezing with thumbs. -More mobility, foam rolling, stretching.
