This week Ive started on some more bodybuilding focused training and today was my first proper leg day in like.. 1 year? Heres my tip for those of you that dream of doing those 500kg leg presses that everyone and their mother seem to be doing these days: DONT! Instead, lower the weight and go deep. Work with full ROM and you will improve both your strength, size and mobility. No one is impressed by your 1/4 reps at a weight thats more than 200% of what you should be training at. Leave the Ego at home. Here I am using 200kg and going as deep as I can while still keeping my pelvis clued to the seat. If your butt leaves the seat at the bottom you need to work on that mobility! If you keep pushing that depth on every rep you will see that you get more mobile week by week. BUT KEEP THE PELVIS ON THE SEAT AT ALL TIMES! Over and out! #bergbyggerberg #mmsports #legpress #tyngre
