This week a dear lady died. We expected to see her tomorrow to pick up her dogs from boarding but there was obviously a different plan. She was a client but so much more. From the horrific sudden death of her son and the struggle with her husbands dementia, through the tears of euthanasia of her elderly dog and the joy of the craziness of her new puppy, this dear dear lady was so much more than a client. She was a friendly face in a sea of often unappreciative ones. She was a constant for laughs and pleasant conversation. She will be missed and we shall do our best to comfort her furry babies during their transition. I know she is happy with her beloved son and husband. You will be missed sweet lady.
