Thursday: Come check out the new time for Urban Athlete at 7:30PM taught by Caitlin Akey! Friday: #FridaysFreeCoffee day at East Lakeview. Enjoy a free cup of coffee in the morning to get you going before and after your workout! And get moving Friday night with Werq, the new dance based cardio class at 6:30PM with Jennifer Dahl!
