This week it started to get very interesting in the OzHarvest kitchen. About 3,000+ kilos of rescued fruit and veggies from some amazing generous donors from the Sydney Markets including Murphys Produce, Profruit, Yep Lum, Export Fresh, Moraitis, growers from Eveleigh Markets, Pyrmont Markets, suppliers, farms and backyards will be transformed into a delicious FREE hot lunch for next Mondays #ThinkEatSave event at Martin Place. If you havent already RSVPd... what are you waiting for? Surplus lemons will be squeezed into lemonade thanks to Cocos Table 42 Bannerman Trattoria and Bar and volunteers. The amazing guys at Brasserie Bread & Heilala Vanilla will transform surplus bread into something sweet and delicious... youll just have to come along and join us for lunch to find out whats on the menu!
