This weekend I will be on NJ to be with family there to commemorate the first death anniversary of our mother, Caridad Amador Eco who passed away 12/15/13 @ the age of 97. It actually is her first year in heaven where she now lives eternally. Whatever good I have in me, I attribute to her example, a life lived in conviction of having a deep love for God and for others. I want to share though a letter that my grand daughter wrote last year right after Mama died. The original letter is also posted. Chloey was just 7 when she wrote it and tried her best w/ her spelling. ..here goes: Dear Mama...this is Peachs daughter, I am your great grand daughter. Hope youre having fun in heaven. Peach misses you very much.I do too.I never got to meet you.My grandma was very sad when you died. Your daughter is my grandma. Tell me what it looks like there in heaven and hope youre happy in heaven w/ Papa. I think you missed him very much. Okay have a great day in heaven, we always love you..Sincerely, Chloey. .P.S. write me back, ok? Bye again!
