This weeks Fitness Tip is on proper form when doing triceps. I will be demonstrating how to work the three different heads of your triceps. In order to work each head, you must rotate your wrist. If you have any questions, please message me. This video is a little different. You can see much more of my gym. I would appreciate comments on whether you enjoy this type of video better.
