This weeks THROWBACK THURSDAY features Nikisha Williams. Ms. Williams graduated from USM with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance and a Minor in Theater. She then completed a Master of Music in Choral Conducting in the Spring of 2013. While at Southern Miss, Nikisha was a founding member of The Southern Belletones, our female A Capella group. Nikisha is now Director of Choirs at White Station High School where she conducts five choirs. Under Nikishas leadership, White Stations top ensemble has been selected to perform at the Tennessee Music Educators Association (TMEA) in April 2015. Nikisha plans to travel to Ireland with her choirs this Summer.
