This weeks Tuesday Tip for a Cat-Safe Home: Guard against fleas! Flea season is here. Fleas are obnoxious, annoying, bothersome little pests that can become a real threat to your cat’s health—they can make their life purrrfectly miserable. To help minimize the risk of getting fleas, give your cat a spot-on medication. Medications such as Frontline or Revolution, which help keep fleas away, are applied to the nape of your cat’s neck, and each dose is effective for about a month.
