This weeks chocolate happy hour features Fruition Chocolate Works, an award-winning, small batch chocolate maker located in Shokan, NY. Chocolate maker Bryan Graham is a perfectionist who creates chocolate with excellent flavors and textures. Were sampling his Peru-origin bar, his Rustic Crunch inclusion bar, his Toasted White bar that won Silver at the International Chocolate Awards and his partially-refined Camino Verde Crunch (Ecuador origin).
